International Headache Congress 2025 in São Paulo10–13 September 2025. The congress theme was Headache Care for All.MENAA, GMPS and NÖROM joint webinar14 May 2025. Dr Mansoureh Togha spoke on secondary TAC-like headaches in the differential diagnosis.International Headache Society grant callThe March 2025 issue of IHS Insight: grants for junior members, including travel support to the São Paulo congress.Seasonal webinarsThe association’s seasonal webinars continued teaching between congresses in June 2023, alongside scientific-committee meetings that have run for years.The 7th Iranian International Headache CongressThe meeting ran from 20 to 22 October 2022, with the support of the Iranian Neurological Association, and was also the 2nd joint headache and pain congress.Recognised as an independent multidisciplinary bodyIn 2021 the association was recognised as a formal, independent, multidisciplinary organisation. Work with neurology, paediatric neurology, psychiatry, physiatry, and pain medicine is part of its foundation.Membership of the IHS and the European Headache FederationFormed in 2013 as a division of the Iranian Neurological Society, the association joined the International Headache Society and the European Headache Federation in 2015.
